Education & Experience (Required)

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

• Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Associates in Physical Therapy recognized by CAPTE

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required)

• CPR Certification (Required)
