We will count on you to:
- Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business containing larger or nuanced accounts across various industries or specialties and may contribute to the sales work for complex, high-priority accounts owned by senior colleagues
- Develop the sales and retention strategy for client accounts leveraging an in-depth understanding of client needs, market trends and product and service offerings
- Conduct robust client analyses to create customized product and solution recommendations
- Address escalated issues in a timely and effecting manner and works to ensure relationships are in a positive standing and delivering on promised timelines and deliverables
- Actively engage and nourish relationships and professional networks within client organizations
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the company
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Voluntary, Health, or Financial experience required
- 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management (Large Clients), Sales, or Benefits Administration
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills (relationship building and fostering with H&B colleagues)
