How will you make an impact in this role?
This newly created position will play a critical role to own and manage GNS wide Business Operations activities, particularly relating to Governance, Remediation & Reporting.
This role is part of a newly built high profile, fast paced and business critical team which will be focused on ensuring a strong risk management environment within GNS.
The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, GNS Business Operations and will work across GNS teams across geographies leading a range of high impact initiatives and ongoing risk management and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a key role in coordinating the preparation for GNS Deal Council and GNS Risks Management Forum
Lead the reporting and monitoring of open OREs and Issues across GNS
Identify root causes of risk events; launch and lead initiatives to address identified root causes
Own and manage GNS partner inventory ensuring accurate and up-to-date information with strong data governance
Project manage GNS efforts in relevant audit and regulatory engagements, as needed
Help drive awareness, consistency and standardization across GNS teams on the above-mentioned processes
Support and collaborate in any additional GNS Business Operations key initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong project management experience with ability to influence and drive change
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Proven ability to understand complex end to end processes
Output oriented mindset and working well under pressure to execute at pace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior management & creating compelling messaging to drive change
Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders of all levels
Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment. Ability to re-focus according to business wide strategic priorities
7+ years of experience in compliance, control management or internal audit
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
