Customer Advisor (Dutch & French) (hybrid)

Your Role as Customer Advisor: 

• Assist customers via phone and email for different projects during the day

• Represent the brands with professionalism and enthusiasm 

• Manage administrative tasks related to your customer interactions 

• Look for suitable solutions together with the customer  

• Keep your customers informed and up to date on the status of their case through email and outbound calls 

What You Bring: 

• Fluency in both Dutch & French

• A passion for helping people and solving problems 

• Strong communication and adaptability skills 

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn 

No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training to get you started.
