We are now looking for a Senior Technology Service Lead - Application Provider to join the Data & Analytics Service Domain within the Group Financial Crime Prevention Service Area.

What you’ll be doing 

The Technology Service Lead (TSL) is the Application Provider/IT Service Owner for the application portfolios for Data & Analytics in Group Financial Crime Prevention. The TSL is expected to take full responsibility for the application portfolio from a maintenance and operations perspective.

 

The TSL ensures that the application maintenance and availability is delivered to agreed budget, quality and risk within the strategic roadmap/lifecycle of the portfolio. The TSL is the initial point of contact for the Service Domain Technology Lead, Execution Leads, Application Owners and Business Service Owners 

 

Your key accountabilities will include: 

• Ensure required improvements are prioritized in the relevant DevOps backlogs 
• Deliver great leadership by engaging and motivating within your area of responsibility to reach out for our vision and strategy 
• Secure continuous alignment and collaboration with Service Domain Technology Leads, Application Owners, Key Business Stakeholders and Key IT Stakeholders to steer the current work and manage escalations and impediments across Technology 
• Drive application lifecycle management, application portfolio rationalization, application capacity, configuration and performance management 
• Manage and drive mitigating actions for all technical risks, compliance and audit matters within your application portfolio 
• Ensure continuous alignment with the Technology Organization strategy (workforce, partnerships, standards) as well as with common frameworks and standards 
• Ensure the application portfolio is managed according to agreed budgets, KPIs and service level agreements including management of managed services contracts 
• Initiate and drive cost optimization of technology total cost of ownership for your application portfolio. 

The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa; Łódź.

• 3+ years in a similar Service Management type role  

• Familiarity with SAFe and IT Service Management 

• Ideally, experience with Big Data, AWS Cloud and AI Fundamentals
