Location: Southlake, TX or Midland, TX (Remote optional with 50% travel)


Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Supply Chain Management. Direct reports include Warehouse Supervisors, initially focused on the Permian Districts.

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Warehouse Manager to build and lead our warehouse operations in the Permian Basin. In this role, you will plan, organize, and supervise the inbound and outbound movement of materials or parts based on customer needs and inventory targets. You will develop strategies and forecasts to achieve service level targets, total cost improvements, lead time reductions, and coordination of purchases. You will establish and maintain working relationships with suppliers and continually improves a list of approved suppliers for use by the company based on an understanding of driving market forces. Aligns with supply chain, field and technical services to create and manage short- and long-term goals. Champions service excellence, HSE policies and standards, and drive continuous improvement. The position involves contact with the suppliers, executive leadership, service technicians and warehouse personnel.

Requirements


 Essential Job Functions:

  • Champion and enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, lower costs, improve quality, and minimize risk.
  • Build and execute an MRP strategy that supports internal service level requirements.
  • Review usage and demand forecasts with operations leadership at least quarterly to adjust stocking levels based on business needs.
  • Identify and evaluate qualified sources for required materials and services.
  • Partner with supply chain and field operations to ensure warehouses are properly located, designed, and stocked to support operational demands. 
  • Plan proactively for facility expansion, consolidation, and infrastructure changes as business needs evolve.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Oversee supplier deliveries to ensure timely, accurate receiving, stocking, and processing of materials.
  • Lead onboarding, ongoing training, and performance development for warehouse personnel.
  • Manage shift schedules and workforce allocation for all warehouse staff.
  • Support supplier audits, site reviews, and corrective actions related to supplier performance issues.
  • Represent supply chain leadership when needed and provide functional leadership to warehouse teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in field service, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred: APICS/ISM or accredited purchasing certifications; Lean/Six Sigma experience; or
