The Role

We’re hiring an Operations Lead to run and scale the engine that moves candidates from screening → credentialing → submission → placement.You will own pipeline throughput, manage the recruiting + sourcing workflow, and ensure candidates move fast and clean. This is a builder-operator role — not a process administrator.
You’ll work closely with:

• CEO
• Recruiters & sourcing teams
• AI-driven engagement workflows
• Hospital & imaging center hiring teams

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end staffing workflow
• Drive speed, accuracy, and completion across the pipeline
• Manage & coach recruiters + offshore sourcing support
• Set performance expectations, dashboards, and accountability
• Ensure the right candidates reach the right roles quickly
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, and feedback loops with clients
• Create SOPs and repeatable operating systems
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with product to automate workflows

Who You Are

• 3–7+ years in healthcare staffing, clinical recruiting, marketplace ops, or multi-site healthcare operations
• Builder + operator who owns outcomes and improves systems
• Comfortable managing recruiters and enforcing standards
• Organized, structured, strong follow-through, moves with urgency
• Clear communicator with both candidates and hospital leadership
• Hands-on executor who can build while doing

Bonus Points For

• Radiology staffing or credentialing experience
• Startup or healthcare marketplace experience

• Workflows are documented, stable, and moving quickly
• Recruiters are performing consistently
• Candidates move fast and clients respond within hours
• Manual pain points are flagged and prioritized for automation

• We have an office in Buffalo, NY, however this role can be remote within New York State
