Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing creative, age-appropriate activities
  
  
• Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child
  
  
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, safe learning environment
  
  
• Provide individualized care and guidance throughout the day
  
  
• Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress
  
  
• Follow health and safety guidelines
  
  
• Help with daily routines, including meals, diapering, and rest time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  
  
• Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  
  
• Passionate about working with young children
  
  
• Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
  
  
• Knowledge of basic child development
  
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Ability to work full time (40 hours per week with one hour break each day)
