You’ll be the first voice people hear when they call Leaky’s, helping customers, supporting our team, and keeping the office running smooth. The last person in this position got promoted to a leadership role — we’re ready to find the next one.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and route calls through a multi-line phone system
- Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Keep paperwork, schedules, and digital files organized
- Support the owner and team with office tasks, mailings, and follow-up
- Jump in where needed — every day is different
