Professional Services Lead

What does a successful Professional Services Lead do at Fiserv?

You will lead our Technical Solution Team, ensuring our clients fully leverage our product through customized integrations and services. You will gather client requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee project implementation. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, enhancing client satisfaction and product adoption. If you’re experienced in consulting, software engineering, or technical project management, and excel in a fast-paced environment, join us in making a significant impact on our clients’ success.

What you will do:

• Gather requirements, conduct analysis, and be responsible for project design
• Scope calls with customers for analysis and provide solutions
• Manage and coach the implementation team and provide training to internal team members
• Project manage deliverables for timely delivery of technical projects
• Be the public face for the team, supporting sales with professional services
• Maintain and produce internal and customer-facing documentation
• Provide continuous team improvement through process standardization and automation

What you will need to have:

• 4 - 7 years of experience as a Professional Services business unit leader with expertise in business development, contract negotiation and client engagement expertise
• 4 - 7 years of experience understanding and development of PS and or Operational budget/plan aligned to business strategy
• 4 - 7 years of experience as a Program and/or Project Manager
• Advanced/Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Previous experience leading an Implementation of Core Banking, Digital Banking and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
• Previous experience with Financial Services implementation projects

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
