Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness across the property. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with crowd and/or line management during busy periods, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Support loss prevention and store operations by observing customer and employee activity, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders for incident response and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
