Responsibilities:

• Strong Electrical back ground.
• Knowledge in Plumbing
• Knowledge in carpentry
• Be an efficient planner who understands the importance of each process and prioritize it according to the degree of importance
• Be an excellent communicator who is capable of maintaining a clear flow of information across the organization and concerned parties
• Be an individual with high levels of physical and mental vigor
• Be a self motivated individual who can also encourage other staff to achieve assigned goals
• Be a stress resistant individual who can deliver excellent performance under high work pressure
• Can use powered tools and Safety

Qualifications:

• HS Graduate
• Responsible for scheduling repair and maintenance
• Responsible to keep all supplies stocked and place replenishment orders.
• Assist on large Project
• Manage small team.
• Oversee cleaning staff making sure facility is clean and Hygenic
• Oversee contractors
• Oversee repairs from minor to major
• Supervise Construction and Renovation
• Work well with others
• Less supervision
• Help recycling when needed

Salary Range: $45,000- $46,000
