SERVICE ADVISOR

Bob Johnson is looking for a customer service minded individual to add to our Award- Winning Team. We strive to live by the values of Teamwork, Integrity, Drive, and Personal Improvement. Previous Advisor experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, writing effective repair orders, and documenting technicians’ notes and the work they performed. The service advisor will ensure award excellent customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and updating customers and following up to ensure their satisfaction.
• Act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards and maintains a professional appearance.
