Job Purpose:

Assists patients with checking out and scheduling in house procedures as well as coordinating outgoing referrals to other providers if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule all things ordered by the attending provider.
• Help to explain procedures and insurance to patients.
• Must be knowledgeable of all DYNAMIC policies and procedures.
• Must be intrinsically motivated, organized and out going.
• Must have all knowledge of how to schedule properly to ensure a good flow of patients through the office day to day.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, paid time off and full health/dental/vision coverage available.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 pm

Some travel may be required upon needs of business.

Requirements

Experience Required:

2+ years medical field preferred. Must understand general insurance questions.

Skills Preferred:

• Excellent customer service skills and dispute resolution
• EMR knowledge
• Medical Terminology/ICD-10 & CPT knowledge
• Commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
• Prioritize work and be detail oriented
• Use active listening skills
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
