We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst to join our Customer Success Architecture and Systems team. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success Business Architecture, you will be responsible for:

• Translating business priorities into cohesive systems delivery roadmaps using tools such as Asana, Confluence, and Jira

• Building integrated plans that align tooling, processes, and operations leveraging methodologies like Agile and Human-Centered Design

• Leading cross-functional project groups to deliver scalable solutions for internal teams

• Driving systems enablement for operations, PMO, and internal success tooling with a focus on process transformation

 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

• 8+ years professional experience in product management, systems analysis, or related fields

• Proven capability in managing diverse sets of stakeholders and delivering user-centered systems

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Confluence, Jira, or similar

• Strong track record of leadership within cross-functional project/program management

• Experience aligning Agile methodologies with enterprise systems transformation

 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Hands-on Salesforce experience aligning technical delivery with business priorities

• Emphasis on process transformation within Customer Success, Support, or Professional Services

• Familiarity with GDrive and other collaborative work solutions

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$147,000—$210,000 USD
