We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Treasury Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Services team with payroll calculations and reconciliations, data analysis, partner onboarding, equity management, cash and debt management and other responsibilities. This role requires a desire to support Aprio team (including partners) by providing excellent data and service.
We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Treasury Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Services team with payroll calculations and reconciliations, data analysis, partner onboarding, equity management, cash and debt management and other responsibilities. This role requires a desire to support Aprio team (including partners) by providing excellent data and service.
Position Responsibilities
- Internal partner onboarding/offboarding – maintain list of partners in internal Finance systems, update systems with additions or terminations
- Track details of partner contracts
- Calculate monthly and quarterly payment amounts
- Assist with partner umbrella insurance policy management
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of all equity accounts
- Assist with the management of the firm’s cap table
- Tracking partner performance metrics
- Review, update and track cash forecast
- Maintain debt schedules and analysis
- Assist with M&A performance tracking
- Ad hoc requests from the Manager, Partner Services and Director, Treasury
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
- Self-motivated and curious in nature
- Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
- Collaborative and works closely as a team player
- Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team.
