Senior HRIS/HR Operations and Reporting Analyst

Qualification Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years work experience
• Global Experience is a plus
• Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, data management, and report generation and audits
• Experience with Workday a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, proactively identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and data reporting and visualization tools and/or languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Ability to navigate and present to all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to changing priorities
• Superior attention to detail, strong data management skills and ability to manage highly confidential information

Physical Demands 

The physical demands include but are not limited to use of a Keyboard, 10-key, Mouse, Telephone Use, Handwriting, Sitting, Standing, Crouching, Kneeling, Bending, Walking, and lifting up to 10lbs occasionally.

Workplace Conditions and Environment 

The work conditions and environment include not are not limited to constant work inside, frequently working closely with others or alone, and occasionally travel as needed.
