What we need…

The Senior Chart Retrieval Specialist is an experienced CIOX Chart Retrieval Specialists (CRSs) who assists new and/or underperforming CRSs. Senior Chart Retrieval Specialists provide relevant coaching and feedback to the CRSs as well as identify ways to improve their effectiveness in their role. Using proven coaching methods and skills, the Senior Chart Retrieval Specialist works to overcome various performance challenges that the CRSs may experience. When not performing Senior Chart Retrieval Specialists duties, the Senior Chart Retrieval Specialist will be available to run appointments in the field.   

Responsibilities

What You Will Do...

• Provide coaching and feedback to improve CRS productivity

  · Identify key behaviors to improve performance, productivity and quality

  · Develop and deliver CRS assessments and action plans approved by Onsite Regional Supervisor

  · Provide guidance on EMR system navigation, short cuts/tips and tricks, troubleshoot system issues, etc. as needed

  · When not performing Senior Chart Retrieval Specialists duties, you will work as a CRS, retrieving charts in the field, will require travel, as needed.

  · Provide guidance on Datavant applications such as but not limited to, Oracle, Concur, and Sync

  · Shadow New Hires, based on business needs

  · Assist CRSs in uploading charts, if needed

  · Arriving on time, being fully prepared for all appointments, and presenting a business casual appearance is required while Onsite

  · Ability to travel to support new and/or underperforming CRSs, when needed

  · Perform Virtual Coach duties as assigned

  · When working with Chart Retrieval Specialists, the Senior Chart Retrieval Specialist shall refrain from performing the tasks directly and instead guide the CRSs to successfully perform the tasks themselves

  · Use provided company equipment as directed

  · Follow Datavant Health policies, Code of Conduct, and Values in all matters

  · Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 What You Need...

• Minimum 12 months as a Datavant CRS with demonstrated positive performance

  · Strong working knowledge of medical records and terminology

  · Ability to work independently and follow instructions

  · Compliance with all aspects of Datavant policies and procedures at all times

  · Access to high speed wireless internet

  · Strong computer skills using a laptop, scanner/printer and flash drive

  · Ability to maneuver a 45lb equipment case in and out of your personal vehicle

  · Reliable transportation capable of traveling a mi
