Your Key Responsibilities

 

Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients.  Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build your knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

• Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects
• Teaming with business organizations to facilitate Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End to end testing.
• Demonstrated deep experience in one or several of the following industry functions: Banking and Capital Markets
• Demonstrated leadership to successfully deliver management consulting and transformation efforts, leading multi-disciplinary teams including client team members.
• Share your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice
• Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts
• A personable, approachable and inviting demeanor
• A “go-getter” attitude and a passion to constantly learn, improve and perform at the highest level
• A desire to teach and coach your colleagues
• Design and develop testing frameworks and strategies for payment processing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior testing engineers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices in quality engineering.
