Management Accountant

Are you ready to take your financial skills to the next level in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a mid-career Management Accountant to strengthen our Accounting Department.

Your mission
As a Management Accountant at our Head Office in Apeldoorn, you will play a key role in the financial heart of our global operations. You will contribute across the full financial spectrum, from accounting and financial control to business control. Your work will directly support strategic decisions, operational performance, and compliance with financial standards.

What you’ll do
Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial reports every month and quarter according to Dutch GAAP standards.
• Supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data across the Group
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Working closely with the Head Office Accounting Manager & Business Controller
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Driving process improvements and contributing to the transformation of our finance function

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international business environment
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and general accounting principles
• Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken)
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to work across accounting, control, and business support
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the bigger picture
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Hybrid mindset: work from our Head Office in Apeldoorn 2/3 days a week.
