Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who is passionate about technology, stays ahead of emerging trends, and has a good background in AI and modern software development. In this role, you will work alongside a dynamic team of engineers, collaborate directly with clients, and drive the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing, architecting, and implementing innovative applications while ensuring best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Hands-On Development

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, cloud, and full-stack development to drive innovation
  • Provide hands-on coding expertise in technologies such as dotNet, Python, Java, JavaScript (React/Node.js), or other relevant technologies
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and security

• Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote agile best practices
  • Support career development and upskilling of team members

• Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and provide technical solutions
  • Translate complex requirements into actionable technical strategies
  • Present technical roadmaps, proofs of concept, and innovative solutions

• AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Design and develop AI-driven solutions leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
  • Explore new AI frameworks and integrate them into enterprise applications
  • Advocate for the ethical and responsible use of AI in solutions

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in software development and solution architecture
• Expertise in one or more programming languages: dotNet, Python, Java, JavaScript (React, Node.js), C#, or Go
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, ML frameworks, and LLMs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs, and system design
• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical solutions
• Ability to interact directly with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Good to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of emerging AI frameworks
• Familiarity with ethical AI usage and best practices

Additional Information

• Salary: $120K - $130K base + up to 10% org bonus + up to 10% performance bonus
• This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in office.
