We are looking for an ERP Manager, Finance who will be responsible for configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance related functions. You will work closely with business operations and technology teams to understand business processes, write system requirements, and configure Dynamics 365. Experience in implementing General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Banks, Consolidation, Multiple Company Management is required. This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance and accounting design process for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations implementations
- Work with platform and portfolio company stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance modules
- Design and configure financial modules in Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Develop and maintain functional design documents, including system specifications, use cases, process flows, and test plans
- Configure workflows, security roles, and data integrations to support business processes
- Provide support and training to end-users on the use of Dynamics 365 Finance modules
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance technology and industry trends
Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep functional knowledge in finance and accounting
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Retail, Apparel, and/or Consumer Products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Systems, Finance, or related field
Salary range: $125,000-$140,000
