<div><strong>Title: </strong>Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics</div> <div><strong>Reports to: </strong>Director, Bioinformatics</div> <div><strong>Location: </strong>Redwood City, CA</div> <div><strong>Classification: </strong>Exempt</div> <div> </div> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>Coherus Oncology is seeking a Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics to join the Translational Medicine team and support the analysis and interpretation of translational and clinical biomarker data from oncology clinical trials.</p> <p>This is a hands-on bioinformatics role for an industry-experienced scientist who enjoys working close to the data, biology, and clinical context. The Senior Scientist will execute rigorous, reproducible analyses and collaborate closely with translational scientists and other cross-functional partners to generate biologically meaningful insights that support clinical decision-making.</p> <p>Within a small, highly collaborative team, this role focuses on direct analytical contributions to active clinical programs and provides meaningful exposure to translational bioinformatics in a clinical-stage biotech environment.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Perform end-to-end analysis of translational and clinical biomarker data, including data preparation, quality control, statistical analysis, and biological interpretation.</li> <li>Analyze high-dimensional clinical trial datasets (e.g., bulk/single cell/spacial RNA-seq, protein biomarker platforms such as MSD or Olink, and other translational assays).</li> <li>Apply appropriate statistical methods with careful consideration of study design, analytical assumptions, and clinical relevance.</li> <li>Execute reproducible, well-documented analytical workflows to ensure data quality, traceability, and analytical rigor.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with translational scientists and cross-functional partners to interpret results in biological and clinical context.</li> <li>Coordinate with data providers and vendors as needed to support timely data transfer, documentation, and organization for ongoing clinical studies.</li> <li>Prepare clear figures, tables, and presentation materials to communicate analytical findings and support internal study discussions, scientific publications, regulatory documents and reports.</li> <li>Work with Clinical, Biomark
