We are actively seeking a structured Project lead and Business Support to join Volvo Cars and play a crucial role in drive long term development projects in combination with administrative support to the Workplace Experience management team.

 

What you’ll do

Drive projects: Take responsibility and drive different development projects from the initial project stage to the project closure. e.g. mobility set-up in Torslanda area. You ensure that all projects meet demands of quality, sustainability, are within cost frames and on time.

 

Administrative support: Collaborate with the Head of and the management team of Workplace Experience. Ensure preparation of agendas, meetings and other administrative tasks in a flexible and excellent way. Networking with needed functions.

 

What you’ll bring

You have a university degree in a relevant area, e.g., engineering, business or management. Earlier experience within facility management is useful for the position but not a requirement.

We think you are structured and well organized and have experience in project leadership and ability to deliver good results in complex projects.

 

We think you have strong communication skills, verbal and written, both in Swedish and English and has proven ability to network and build trust on all levels, internal and external WPX. You take own initiatives and have high moral and integrity. You are good in building relationships and in stakeholder management.   

    

As a person you are meticulous and give attention to details as well as you have the ability to see the larger picture and collaborate cross functional.
