The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results.</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>As an HRBP at Global-e, you will serve as a strategic partner to our business, providing HR leadership to enhance employee engagement, drive organizational effectiveness, and align HR strategies with business objectives across the APAC region.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Recruitment:</strong> Manage the full recruiting process to support our growth, including talent acquisition strategies, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li><strong>Payroll and Benefits:</strong> Support payroll processing and oversee benefit and compensation plans. Maintain ongoing benchmarks and manage compensation and benefits review processes.</li><li><strong>Policy and Compliance:</strong> Provide policy interpretation, implementation, and consulting to align with the market benchmark. Ensure fairness and legal compliance.</li><li><strong>People Strategies:</strong> Develop and execute people strategies to enhance our existing programs, focusing on onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.</li><li><strong>Business Collaboration:</strong> Partner with leaders throughout the organization to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support.</li></ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a global, agile, and matrixed organization. Experience supporting leadership teams based internationally.</li><li> Excellent English – written and verbal communication skills – must</li><li>Thorough understanding of HR practices, including payroll, employment law, and regulations throughout APAC.</li><li>Proven experience partnering with senior managers and working autonomously.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining high levels of prioritization.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a sophisticated matrix structure.</li><li>Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems.</li><li>Ability to periodically travel to our offices across APAC</li></ul>
