The Opportunity

This early-stage startup is building an AI-driven platform that helps candidates prepare for product management roles at top tech companies using a conversational voice agent. The product is expanding into a hiring marketplace, using its proprietary interview technology to connect qualified candidates with hiring managers more efficiently.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy a responsive web application using modern frameworks and best practices.

• Implement clean, usable front-end interfaces optimized for performance and accessibility.

• Work with deployment platforms such as AWS (preferred) or Vercel to ensure a fast and reliable launch.

• Integrate and configure a database solution based on project needs.

• Collaborate with other team members to define and refine requirements.

• Prepare the front-end for future AI integration, including chatbot-style interactions.

Your qualifications and experience

Must haves

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong front-end capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, and Framer Motion.

• Experience deploying applications using Vercel or AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk, App Runner, ECS, or Amplify.

• Familiarity with Superbase, MongoDB, or AWS DynamoDB for database integration.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and usability.

• Solid English and communication skills.

Nice to haves

• Experience with Python FastAPI.

• Familiarity with Aceternity UI.

• Exposure to AWS Lambda, AWS Bedrock, or other AI/LLM tools.

• Prior work on document-editing tools or real-time collaborative interfaces.
