Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patients’ conditions.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a reassuring environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively during daytime hours as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.
