Supply Chain Analytics, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes strategies, policies, and quality practices to ensure asset management effectiveness in alignment with DC3 policies and procedures under minimal supervision.
• Tracks requisitions & orders to the delivery of the customer. Coordinate with warehouse and customer to execute receiving, track inventory, and maintain full accountability of assets in use and proper disposal of assets at lifecycle end.
• Facilitate the sending and receiving of packages for the customers, to include the arranging and shipping of equipment to external sites as required.
• Coordinate with customer to update, maintain and track hardware / software renewals; plan and track annual, quarterly and monthly renewals.
• Assist in the coordination with movers and contractors.
• Execute formal delivery of items to end users.
• Measures and improves asset management processes and procedures.
• Ensures clean, organized, safe and effective storage of on-site inventory and resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
• Knowledge of the Federal Supply System as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization. 
• Detail oriented, problem solver who works well under pressure.
• Customer service oriented professional.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• 2 years with BS/BA, 0 years with MS/MA, 6 years no degree

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
