Job Summary

Our Home Care team gives experienced Occupational Therapists the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care where your clinical expertise truly makes a difference.

Schedule That Works for You
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on your assigned territory and patient needs
• Typical caseload of 5–6 patient visits per day
• Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and visit planning

Territories
We are hiring Occupational Therapists across Boston and surrounding communities, including:
Beantown Team: Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Boston, South End, North End, West End, Fenway, Financial District, China Town, Kenmore, Prudential, South Boston
Cambridge, Charlestown
Boston city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.
Qualifications
• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
