HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at a senior living community in Winona Lake, IN (Kosciusko County). Located within 30 miles south of Goshen and 40 miles northwest of Fort Wayne, this highly rated Continuing Care Retirement Community is very progressive for growth in rehab-to-home and therapy for residents in assisted and independent living.
 

· Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
 

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
