About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Office Assistant to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our Operations Manager with administrative and customer-facing tasks.

If you're a self-starter who’s comfortable on the phone, great at staying organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed
  
  
• Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to explain and promote our services
  
  
• Perform general administrative duties: filing, data entry, email correspondence, document prep
  
  
• Assist the Operations Manager with various ongoing tasks and projects
  
  
• Keep office supplies stocked and organized
  
  
• Other duties as needed — flexibility is key!

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
