The successful candidate for this position will professionally represent Old Republic National Title Insurance Company’s products and services in face-to-face presentations with existing assigned corporate title agents and law firm agents to help grow revenue for the Company.  To truly succeed in this position, you will also be a self-driven business development professional who seeks every opportunity to develop new business through in-person presentations and by marketing to non-agents within an assigned territory.

This is a high-travel position within CENTRAL FLORIDA with a significant amount of after-hour activity associated with business development of new agents and relationship management with existing relationships.

*Candidates must be located in Central Florida with a valid driver's license.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Actively and consistently conduct (at a minimum) regular monthly visits to assigned accounts and non-agent prospects to promote Old Republic’s products, services, staff, education, training, and to grow revenue.
• Identify and sign 6-8 new qualified prospect agents while also consistently maintaining relationships with quality agents that meet the Company’s goals and expectations.
• Provide training specifically with workflow partnerships between production plant and agent’s staff to manage optimum functional integration and use of Old Republic’s resources.
• Efficiently schedule your day, week and month to accomplish tasks and to meet goals of Company.
• Successfully maintain critical administrative functions relating to assigned agents, escrow accounts and business, to include monthly reconciliation, outstanding policies and premium remittances, search fee collections; and annual items which include agent certifications, E & O updated insurances and surety bond renewals.
• Follow up on all items disclosed in agent audits (e.g., immediately have agents fund any shortages noted, outstanding premium and search fee collection and any suggestions for improvement within agent operation for better compliance with state, federal and ORT requirements.
• Daily assess any potential risk to the Company with agents’ operations or activities by alerting management immediately.
• Proactively assist with close out items for cancelled agents, as needed.
• Professionally interact with all Company departments and utilize Company’s resources to best assist agents in growing their business and Company’s revenue.
• Timely complete required monthly reports; expense reports, sale call reports, schedules and other assigned reports.
• Be able to attend Company and Industry-related meetings and functions after hour.
