As our next Clinical Nurse Manager for Interventional Radiology you will be responsible for the strategic, clinical, and operational oversight of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The role encompasses leadership in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care systems while also managing staffing, fiscal planning, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. This position actively promotes professional development, ethical practice, research integration, and interdisciplinary collaboration while fostering a safe, therapeutic, and inclusive care environment. Reporting to the Director of Interventional Radiology, the Nurse Manager serves as a key clinical and administrative leader, aligning unit-level operations with broader organizational goals and patient experience standards. You will be required to provide support to all radiology sites staffed by UCLA Health.
Salary Range: $157,000.00 - $380,600.00 Annually
Job Qualifications

· Bachelors and Master’s Degree (one degree must be in nursing) – required
· Current California RN license – required
· ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association – required
· At least 3 years of acute care or management experience – required
· Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (ie: ANCC or AONE) – preferred
· Knowledge to manage disaster incidents, sentinel events and ability to problem solve with C
