That’s why we’re looking for a talented Manager, Integration Engineering, to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry.

 

As the Manager of Integration Engineering, you are given the unique opportunity to drive the next generation of custom and productized integrations built on top of our global SaaS infrastructure. Procore’s ecosystem and technology platform continues to expand, and this role will help scale our integration engineering team to deliver outstanding results domestically and abroad. You will be responsible for leading a distributed engineering team, hiring and retaining exceptional talent. You and your team will play a pivotal role in designing and building integrations that can both scale to 1000’s of customers, as well as be tailored and customized to meet the needs of our largest customers. 

 

This position will report to our Sr Manager, Technical Services, with the opportunity to be located in our Carpinteria, CA headquarters, Portland, OR, Austin, TX offices or Remotely. Remote candidates will be considered with the expectation of occasional travel to these offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

 

What you’ll do:

• Drive excellence and product quality in high value and critical integration products and projects
• Identify opportunities and manage engineering teams to deliver projects, products, and initiatives successfully; including delivering sustainable integrations, managing prioritization, workload and quarterly performance management
• Work side-by-side with Product teams that build the Platform and Application to increase the value of integrations at Procore 
• Own the overall technical success while managing the improvement of functionality, APIs, UX, testing, scalability and performance of integrations
• Educate and drive adoption of the core platform areas across the organization wherever and whenever the possibility arises
• Ensure that new and existing products have clearly defined expectations with roadmaps and reporting on them regularly
• Mentor, coach, and be a driver for change and growth across your teams and the broader organization

 

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or comparable work experience
• 3+ years of experience managing software development teams of varying sizes and across time zones
• Experience in the following technologies, with demonstrated expertise and the capacity to lead complex technical initiatives in at least one of the related domains:
  • APIs - REST, JSON, GraphQL
  • iPaaS Software - Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Jitterbit, SAP PI/PO or CPI
  • Microservice web applications
• Proficient in software development process, e.g., agile processes, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration and improvement  build processes, testing
• Ability to evaluate current technical approaches and champion industry best-in-class technology initiatives 
• Experience working collaboratively with teams, providing mentorship and guidance to improve the overall reliability of the ecosystem

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $121,600-$167,200. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
