What You’ll Do:

The Regional Director of Business Development leads growth, relationship strategy, and market development across all he DFW service areas. This leader inspires a collaborative, mission-driven approach to outreach—ensuring teams feel supported, heard, and equipped to build strong community partnerships.

• Lead and mentor a team of business development and outreach professionals.
• Develop strategies that strengthen referral relationships and expand awareness of hospice services.
• Foster a culture of communication, accountability, and supportive leadership.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities aligned with our mission.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless, compassionate patient access.
• Promote a “yes-minded” approach that supports innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in healthcare sales or business development (hospice preferred).
• A collaborative, communication-first leadership style.
• Strong relationship-building skills across healthcare and community partners.
• A passion for supporting team members and honoring the purpose of hospice care.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support.
