About the role

Position Overview:

 

The Director of Recruiting leads the recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role oversees all aspects of recruiting, onboarding and candidate experience. Partnering closely with AVP and Agency leadership, the Director ensures talent acquisition align with business objectives and position the company as an employer of choice.

 

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the current recruiting/talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Partner with AVPs and Agency leadership to understand current and future workforce needs.
  3. Lead the metrics-driven recruiting processes.
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team, fostering high performance and accountability.
  5. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership and critical roles.
  6. Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  7. Partner with Marketing to build and promote the organization’s employer brand.
  8. Oversee talent marketing campaigns, including job postings, social media, and career site content.
  9. Monitor and improve candidate experience, from application to onboarding.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and professional associations.
  11. Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-demand positions.
  12. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  2. Three years of leadership within healthcare recruitment preferred
  3. This professional will uphold the policies and procedures established by PurposeCare. They must also demonstrate excellent oral, written, and active listening skills.
  4. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet assigned deadlines.
  5. Demonstrate sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
  6. Uphold integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
  7. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  8. Establish good working relationships both internally and externally.
  9. Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
  10. Ability to use office equipment.
  11. Ability to work evenings or weekends as required.
