DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr Project Lead to support our Spine business located in Raynham, MA.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics' company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. As a member of the Supply Chain Product Management group, the individual will serve as E2E supply chain lead or support on projects, including New Product Development, Innovation, Growth, and Value projects and lead and support a multi functional team through successful launch execution. They will build and develop optimized supply chain strategies for sophisticated global programs and lead teams through standardized launch management processes, ensuring strong accountability! They will demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive end-to-end value, collaborating heavily with commercial, R&D, quality and other supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to develop and organize the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global supply chain programs
Drives adherence to supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability
Develop and lead initiatives to ensure supply chain reliability, quality, compliance, and profitability while maintaining project commitments
Lead/Implement projects in line with standard project management guidelines
Develops the end-to-end value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies
Develop strong business partner relationships throughout the organization to drive alignment on strategic priorities
Demonstrate strong project management skills, including accurate and effective project planning, creation of shared team goals, leading resolution of risks & issues, risk management and balancing multiple activities to accomplish goals
