The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on an Sr. Consultant, Implementation & Enrollment Manager to join our Operations Team supporting Workplace Solutions in a remote environment.

The Workplace Solutions Team will help you establish and grow your career in Group Benefits providing you with coaching and development to perform in this fast-paced environment. 

 

As a Sr. Consultant, Implementation & Enrollment Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, brokers, sales representatives, and various other internal teams (claims, billing, underwriting, etc.) to assist with the implementation & onboarding process of new business within the regional space (500-4999 lives). You will consult with internal/external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will assist the customer through their enrollment strategy, providing needed materials and support of a digital solution. This opportunity will provide the ability to grow within the group insurance industry while gaining new skills and building strong working relationships. What you'll be doing

  • You will assist in the pre-sale process crafting RFP responses and guidance occasionally, customized implementation materials and presenting Lincoln Financial implementation process during finalist and capabilities presentation. 
  • You will evaluate enrollment request for large (1000+) groups to provide guidance & develops solutions to communicate & educate clients’ employees on benefits & enrollment process.
  • You will support the enrollment process with the client, working with brokers, plan administrator and internal business partners to facilitate employee enrollment and ensure the client workforce is educated on available benefits.
  • You will project manage the case installation process, on behalf of new/existing clients, while directing internal resources and managing appropriate expectations with our customers.
  • You will work with Account Management to provide education, information, training & advice on Lincoln’s products & services (including sales support tools, marketing ideas, etc.) to assigned Brokers and Plan Administrators. 
  • You will become involved in acquisition, divestiture, new business current client and complex client projects as an assigned project manager responsible for oversight and delivery. 

What we’re looking for

Must-have experience (Required):

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 
  • 5 – 7+ Years Enrollment experience 

 

Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):  

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Pay Range: $87,700 - $159,900
