Anchor Risk & Claims Management is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team.

Due to the expansion of our Workers Compensation TPA services we are looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster.

This position provides availability to work remote/from home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Experience in handling Statutory Workers Compensation claims.

• Provide Customer Service to Clients and their Employees in the management of “on the job injuries”.

• Complete and manage the investigation of WC claims filed by Clients and analyze the disbursement of benefits within the Statutory regulations of Workers Compensation laws governed by the State.

• Direct and control the Disability and Medical Management of a recipient of entitled benefits.

• Monitor and adjudicate legal activity. Specifically responding to State WC Board filing requirements/notices and correspond with Legal Counsel representing Injured Workers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High school diploma and/or 2 years of general office experience.

• General computer knowledge

• Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster

• This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
