In this role, you will manage and oversee financial accounting processes related to real estate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update real estate financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Perform monthly reconciliations of real estate accounts to the general ledger.
Prepare and review financial statements related to real estate holdings.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for real estate assets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies.
Conduct periodic audits of real estate financial records and reconcile discrepancies.
