Description

We are searching for a proficient Frontend Engineer to join our team, focusing on the creation of innovative web3 web applications (dapps). This role requires someone who is deeply passionate about the evolving landscape of blockchain and decentralized technology. You will be responsible for crafting responsive, user-friendly, and intuitive web3 interfaces, collaborating with both designers and blockchain developers to bring our applications to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly web3 applications.

• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces (UI) using React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, focusing on responsive design principles.
• Implement state management solutions with Redux and/or MobX for seamless application performance.
• Utilize your experience with REST APIs and GraphQL to interact with backend services.
• Apply functional programming concepts and reactive programming techniques to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Work closely with blockchain developers to integrate smart contract interactions into our frontend.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system for consistent and efficient UI development.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the web3 space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing user interfaces using React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux and/or MobX.
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of functional programming concepts and reactive programming techniques.

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
• Experience with rendering techniques, including server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR).
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for enhanced web application functionality and performance.
• Experience working with large modular codebases and monorepos for scalable and maintainable code organization.
• Experience with deploying frontend applications, preferably using Docker for containerization.

• Preferred experience with Node.js and React Native for broader application development capabilities.

Bonus Experience

• Experience in integrating smart contract interactions within frontend applications.

• Prior work on blockchain-based projects or decentralized applications.
• Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and other blockchain platforms.
• Experience with popular web3 libraries such as web3.js or ethers.js.
• Familiarity with blockchain standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and others.
• Contribution to open-source projects in the web3 space.

• Experience with various Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Basic understanding of smart contract development and Solidity.
