Inside Sales Regional Manager

Formulate and implement strategic business plans specific to the needs of individual team members
Exercise in-depth knowledge of the organization’s services, products, and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth objectives and operational goals
Cultivate and develop strong relationships with the broker/consultant community
Educate customers on industry and price trends in order to inform and assist with business decisions
Maintain current working knowledge on existing and new products/services and other general information to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
Act as a liaison between various business partners and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met
Utilize sales automation to make inquiries, maintain records and prepare reports.
Monitor performance of direct reports to ensure sales goals are met; provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling; conduct performance reviews and recommend salary increases.
Develop unit budgets and monitor expenses to ensure costs are within established levels.
Monitor unit turnover, productivity, and overall performance to ensure adequate staffing and performance that meets department standards
Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for open positions within the unit to ensure the most qualified candidates are selected
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Five years of Inside Sales experience
Five years of leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals
In-depth knowledge of underwriting, products, and services
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to analyze work processes
Strong organization skills

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
