Project Manager

Position Summary: 

Under the general direction of the Senior VP of Regional Operations, the Project Manager primary responsibilities will be the oversight of all network Management. This includes oversight of all workflow, research and documentation under limited supervision by the Network management.  Identifies potential company risks and implements appropriate courses of action and develop strategies to reduce adjudication errors.  Analyzes all relevant information to track and trend the special projects outcomes to provide findings to appropriate RMG management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance involvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction and improved compliance. 
2. Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills in order to execute initiatives.  Investigates and validates improvement opportunities.
3. Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow up, preparing, and publishing reports.
4. Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business.
5. Attend a variety of administrative meetings to provide and receive input concerning network management activities for the organization.
6. Prioritize, distribute, track, and develop action plans to ensure timely completion of special projects.
7. Perform related work as necessary.
8. Administrative tasks including coordinating meetings, events, maintaining minutes for department meetings and scheduling meetings and events.

 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,304 to $73,000 annually   however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

 

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
