Position Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor assists with the day-to-day supervision of Front Desk Agents and supports pre-arrivals, departure billing, in-room amenity requests, and special guest requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with guests, leaders, and team members.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding resort policies, amenities, and services.
- Contact guests before arrival to confirm reservation details and document special requests.
- Coordinate in-room amenities and other requests from guests and leaders.
- Perform check in and checkout procedures in a welcoming, proactive, and accurate manner.
- Ensure Front Desk Agents complete check-in and checkout procedures accurately and serve as a resource when questions or guest concerns arise.
- Provide concierge service by assisting guests with resort information, recommendations, and requests.
- Oversee shift closing procedures and confirm all required responsibilities have been completed.
- Coordinate with service providers, including massage therapists and transportation partners, to support the guest experience.
- Take lodging and tennis reservations by phone or in person as needed.
- Provide friendly and hospitable service while helping Front Desk Agents apply resort policies consistently.
- Reconcile shift banks, guest billing, and related reports accurately.
- Promote resort amenities and services in a guest-focused manner to enhance the guest experience and support resort revenue.
- Manage difficult or sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
- Assist guests and team members with disputed billing situations, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, lodging, front desk, or guest service experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Versa, Agilysys Golf, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
