Our business-minded approach to agile development ensures that we align to client goals from the earliest conceptual stages through market launch and beyond. <h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3> <ul> <li>3Pillar internal systems, applications and communications tools  monitoring (uptime, performance) including log monitoring of the company insfrastrucure</li><li>Troubleshooting network, server, desktop, and printer issues (L1 &amp; L2); </li><li>Building/imaging computers (Linux, Windows, and macOS); </li><li>Installing servers, configuring systems, and making sure every technical aspect is running smoothly.</li><li>Managing software and hardware inventory; </li><li>Responsible for Receiving, Recording, and Responding and resolving incidents</li><li>Performing onboarding &amp; offboarding tasks for the company employees;</li><li>Ensure the security of Company systems and data through thoughtful diligence, adherence to Company policies and procedures, and collaboration with relevant security personnel</li><li>Create and maintain high-quality documentation of all relevant specifications, systems, and procedures</li><li>Work closely with Technical Leads on different initiatives</li><li>Assesses and recommends the application of new technologies and products for improvement of the assigned system</li><li>Provides analytical and technical support in the acquisition, design, development, and implementation of automated systems</li><br/></ul> <h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3> <ul> <li>Must have: </li><li>Operating systems:  Windows 10, Windows 11</li><li>Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 or  Linux servers</li><li>Strong  understanding of networking concepts like  routing, switching, communication protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS,  HTTP, SMTP, LDAP), and  network security (IDS/IPS, VPN, VLANs, etc.)</li><li>The installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems (Unix/Linux, Microsoft)</li><li>Provide support and troubleshooting for  Office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, G Suite), Atlassian stack, Windows services (DNS, DHCP, AD, NPS), and AV communications/collaborations systems. </li><li>Strong documentation and research skills</li><li>Good knowledge of database theory, data backup, and recovery</li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of the Systems &amp; Network security concepts</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently</li><li>Excellent English skills (spoken and written)</li><li>Excellent communication skills are required.</li><br/><li>Nice to have: </li><li>Operating systems:  Linux, and macOS</li><li>Virtualization technologies: Hyper V, VMware or other bare-metal hypervisor or  cloud (AWS, Azure)</li><li>Scripting knowledge (bash, PowerShell, Python) or experience with Automation tools/scripts (Ansible)</li><li>Enterprise security systems including anti-virus/anti-malware solutions, firewalls</li><li>Experience with monitoring systems and log management solutions</li><li>Familiarity with following AWS services: Cloud Front, RDS, Dynamo DB, Elastic Cache, Redshift, EMR, Directory Service, and API Gateway as well</li><br/></ul> <h3>BENEFITS</h3> <ul> <li>Full-time contract</li><li>Unlimited work from home</li><li>Flexible working schedule</li><li>Substitution day</li><li>Yearly performance bonus</li><li>Referral bonuses</li><li>Internal Trainings</li><li>Company supports exams and certifications for professional growth</li><li>Pluralsight &amp; Udemy subscription</li><li>Internal library</li><li>Medical package</li><li>Flexible benefits Allowance that you can spend on benefits of your choice</li><li>Chair massage in the office</li><br/>#LI-Remote</ul>
