We’re looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer (frontend-leaning) who has empathy for customers and values building secure software with a great user experience. You’ll be working on our next-generation authorization platform, ensuring that it can be used by engineers throughout Webflow to enforce frontend permissions across all of Webflow’s products. You’ll also be building features that leverage the new capabilities of the next-generation authorization platform.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $175,800 - $247,700
- Zone B: $164,500 - $232,200
- Zone C:[$154,200 - $217,600
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- CAD 199,300 - CAD 281,100
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
As a Staff Fullstack Engineer (front-end leaning), you’ll:
- Architect, design, and implement accessible user interfaces, scalable data architectures, and API endpoints.
- Implement new and improved functionality across multiple areas of the Webflow technology stack.
- Work on technologies such as React, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, MongoDB, and more.
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools to enhance your impact.
- Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables.
- Drive architectural solutions for your team and across all of Webflow engineering.
- Provide consistent technical guidance and leadership that directly contributes to multiple teams and the engineering organization's deliverables.
- Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy.
- Produce and elevate the quality of maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code.
- Author, collaborate on, and evaluate design documents.
- Influence technical designs and team-level prioritization as well as participate in technical solutions.
- Motivate and empower teammates to achieve a higher level of performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers in an autonomous, supportive team environment.
- Mentor junior engineering in technical skills and Webflow culture.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.

About you:
