About the role
ZoomCare is seeking a Part-Time, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team! A competitive hourly pay rate of $76.00 - $84.00 per hour with additional compensation through our performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles. COMPENSATION:
- Hourly pay range of $76.00 - $84.00 per hour + evening pay differentials for the hours worked after 6pm; depending on experience and based on 20 hours worked per week
- Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts

SCHEDULE AND TRAINING
- Work 20 hours average per week.
- Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.
- Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
- Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
- Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.
- Woodstock Clinic: 4415 SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland, OR 97206
- Schedule: Thursday/Friday, 11am - 9pm
- Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
- Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
- Provide evidence-based medical care.
- Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.
- Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
- Standing for long periods of time
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
- Must wear a mask as needed.
- Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
- Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
