Job Title: Administrative Assistant (PRN)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional PRN Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks and requires a service-oriented demeanor along with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
- Draft and prepare correspondence
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Arrange travel for staff members
- Maintain and update operational reports
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of administrative experience
- Experience supporting 80+ staff and executive leadership in a medical practice is preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- Strong attention to detail and initiative
- Alignment with the organization’s values
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in office software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
