Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and guide them through a personalized, attentive dining experience

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and craft cocktail offerings

• Handle guest concerns with poise, professionalism, and urgency

• Ensure a clean and organized section and assist in general dining room upkeep

• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

• Uphold the highest standards of Max Hospitality in every guest interaction

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 1–2 years of recent serving experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant preferred

• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza service is a strong plus

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, energetic environment

• Experience handling dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests with professionalism

Skills & Qualities:

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts

• A guest-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality

• Strong menu knowledge and the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit
