Eligibility criteria:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a graduation date in 2025 or 2026
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization or sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
- 10 week commitment for 40 hours per week with availability to start June 10th 2024
- Must be able to commute to the office to work at least 3 days onsite
Position Overview:
Exciting Internship Opportunity! Are you eager to dive into the world of Project Coordination and Digital Innovation? As the Project Coordinator Intern at Samsung SDS America, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of business processes and customer service solutions, working alongside our dynamic Intelligent Customer Service Team. With mentorship and support every step of the way, you’ll have the tools you need to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As our Project Coordinator Intern, you’ll have the chance to learn about various business processes and IT requirements, gaining invaluable insights into the world of customer service solutions. Collaborate with team members across different departments, understanding the needs of our customers and mapping relevant IT technologies and solutions to meet their requirements. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that directly impact our customers’ experiences and drive business success.
This role is based in our office in Ridgefield Park, NJ and expected to work on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and document for constructing project management process.
- Research and/or review relevant solutions to meet client requirements and strategic alignment for our service expansion and adjust and derive our key features to make our service models.
- Participate in 2 major projects to serve our customers. One project is to eCommerce division for customer care, Zendesk CRM solution enhancement and the second project is Communication Lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
- Knowledge in different Social Media channels
